🛍️ How Returns & Exchanges Work

If you’ve received the wrong item or something arrived defective, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

You can choose to:

  • Exchange for the correct or working product
  • Receive store credit
  • Get a refund to your original payment method

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase
If your product is damaged or defective upon first use, please email us at pawviar@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return shipping label.
Once the return is confirmed as defective, a replacement will ship out on the next available shipping day.
